Chimi-Churri pearls

These pearls are ideal for the well-known, hot, South American chimi-curri sauce.

They are an indispensable ingredient for grilling.

Chimi-churri sauce with pearls:
Mix 2 tablespoons of the spice preparation with 2 tablespoons each of oil and vinegar, add a little water (so that the consistency is right) and bring to the boil briefly. 5 to 10 chimi churri to taste
Add pearls and finely chopped tomatoes and peppers. Sauce is served cool.
